Our National Account Coordinators are true professionals.  They manage the entire move experience through a proactive communication process which involves data gathering, information sharing, service failure prevention and, if needed, immediate recovery strategies.

Our coordinators provide a "seamless" move experience from beginning to end by serving as the single point of contact for customer concerns.  They handle unforeseen situations, are available to the customer during all working hours, and are attentive to all details of the customer's individual needs. 

At Rossiter, our coordinators follow through on all promises as well as communicate all aspects, actions and details pertinent to the customer's move experience.  Using a Move Management system developed through years of experience assures excellent follow through on all aspects of the move while providing quality assurance at every level of assistance and action.
